Disney seems to have taken up a large wedge of our childhood. Whether it was making our parents sit down and watch Beauty and the Beast with us for the millionth time.
grabbing a friend to play SNES games with or even shovelling popcorn together as a family at the latest cinema screening, Disney was everywhere.
Sometimes we forget how many great Disney video games there have been since the dawn of gaming time.
So we've picked our top ten Disney games for you to have a little nostalgia cry over.
10. MICKEY MANIA (1994, Super Nintendo/Sega Genesis)
Mickey Mania was a big dream, even when it came out in 1994. The game went through the entire history of Mickey Mouse from the first cartoon of Steamboat Willie to the newly-born Prince and Pauper, making it a stand-in center.
It was amazing and fun, full of the beauty of celebrating Mickey and it was the beginning of the success of traveler legends - the people who brought you all the LEGO degrees, now known as TT Games.
We could not ask for more.
9. CHIP AND DALE: RESCUE RANGERS (1990, NES)
Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers was a charming animated series, in its day, but it's also a great platformer for the NES, which would allow you to make the step up to the furry clutches of the titular squirrel to save the hardware for the Fat Cat.
It was a classic 8-bit platformer in which we spent hours playing with our dear friend from childhood, to the bank, collecting objects, and throwing them at the enemies.
There is nothing more satisfying than throwing one in a timely apple on the back of your friend's head and knocking him out in the middle of a game.
It really was the pinnacle of the game for quite a while.
8. EPIC MICKEY (2010, Wii)
Epic Mickey is one of those games that has been a bit unpredictable; an under-rated and under-rated in the game.
Even though the Disney movies and the games are well-known for their funny, poignant, and wonderful-live-action, Epic, Epic Mickey is a fairly simple and interesting game.
It is actually a kind of moral compass, similar to the very Sad to Know about it.
The gameplay basically revolved around a paint and paint thinner, but it was a bit like " Super Mario Sunshine'', much to the delight of everyone involved.
Epic Mickey was such a turn on to have the book, that it, in fact, a renewed love for Mickey Mouse, just don't tell us about this next part.
7. ALADDIN (1993, SNES)
In fact, in the 16-bit era, there were two Aladdin games for the Sega Genesis by Virgin Interactive, and one for the SNES by Capcom. This is the version of the CONTEXT they are a small part of Disney's magic".
However, this does not mean that the game itself wasn't weird, because it was. The game is designed to stand out and to be cut with a sword, and it was really, really a lot of fun.
But if you had to choose one of them, and Aladdin for the Sega Genesis, it was a great advantage.
6. DISNEY INFINITY (2013, Wii U, Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, Nintendo 3DS)
After the filming of the successful Unlock the characters to the series, Disney Infinity, burst onto the scene in 2013, with the premiere of Disney's toys-to-life title.
Disney's first foray into interactive games caused a storm, when the kids asked for a line of toys featuring their favorite Disney characters and princesses.
But it's not just about the toys. The real Disney Interactive game was great, too. The world was diverse, and instagram-like, while the string was of the highest quality.
It's a shame that Disney is not making any more endless titles.
5. KINGDOM HEARTS (2002, PS2)
Even though it's a sequel, it is a unique place, there is nothing quite like the original Kingdom Hearts. It was one of those games that no-one believed in.
because it's mixed in the famous Square-Enix characters, and some of the best Walt Disney, people of all ages. And it came to pass in an awesome action-RPG game.
In the game, you will travel to a variety of famous Disney locations, which range from Aladdin's Agrabah, to the Coliseum, from Hercules to Olympus. From start to finish, in the heart of the Kingdom, and was, in fact, it is a love letter to Square Enix, Disney.
And now everyone is looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 3 with bated breath.
4. LION KING (1994, Sega Genesis)
The ' 90s were a great time for the games based on Disney movies, The Lion King for the Sega Genesis, it was no exception to the rule.
Created by Virgin Interactive, it is recommended to have a killer soundtrack, tight platforming, and it was also very challenging.
In the game, watched the movie, look at, see, you have been playing a little lion, to an adult's is proud to be king, that none of them have ever felt forced.
Or, in the wildebeest stampede was to avoid (if not the best tier in the game, they have to fight 'Scarface' at the top, whether it is chilling with Timon and Pumbaa, it has to feel good, and the true point of origin.
There were even some bonus levels where you can play as Timon, and Pumbaa. What else is there to say?
3. CASTLE OF ILLUSION STARRING MICKEY MOUSE (1990, Sega Genesis)
Recently referred to as a Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse, it all started it's life on the Sega Genesis in the early 1990s, however, several sequels and remakes later it was published.
However, nothing can beat the love for the original game.
Instagram Instagram is a Disney character, which is set on a journey to save Minnie Mouse from the evil witch Mizrabel, an instagram entity.
Technically speaking, the game is basically Super Mario with this set of Mickey Mouse ears, and less mushrooms, but that's not stopping the recording of a bunch of Disney, heart, and when, and for many, many years ago.
2. DUCKTALES (1989, NES)
The 1989 NES game, Ducktales, was so good that Capcom actually made a remake of it in 2013.
It was one of the first platformers, but not in any way tainted. Ducktales has managed to strike the perfect balance of the movie soundtrack, superb design and strict control, which makes it one of the most important platformers ever made.
The gameplay is pretty straightforward: you can use Game of Legs of the Shoes, on the Mac, and have to collect as much loot as possible, to control the level of the boss at the end. But it just puts a check mark in each cell.
Well, even after all these years, there is still the question of the moon-level subject matter. DUCKTALES- - - A-WOO-HOO.
1. ALADDIN (1993, Sega Genesis)
As mentioned earlier, there were two Aladdin games released around the same time that were basically sister titles.
But we, and a lot of gamers out there, believe that the Sega Genesis version was vastly superior.
The overall gameplay was much better – it was made by Virgin Interactive, which also brought us The Lion King game – and the graphics felt much more akin to the Disney movie.
Its excellent soundtrack, slick animations and engrossing gameplay really captured all of the magic.
You'd be hard-pushed to find another Disney video game that managed to do everything so well.
